Many have asked how this all started for me. I recorded a response but didn’t expect the emotional turn it took. I honestly have sat on it not sure to post it. With a new disaster on the horizon. It’s a lesson I want to share. Support those who support others and if you need help ask it’s a sign of strength. He works for Excel College a small Christian College near Ridgecrest. All of their students have been assisting the community throughout the week.

One day I just decided to start running and have just done it every day since. Lot of memories have happened with these runs but none better then getting to run again with my dad after he suffered congestive heart failure. God is good! #Thankful
