@publicpolicyman When I wake up in my estate in Wilmette, I too complete my google search for black people fighting in an area I’ve never been to and will never go…to enjoy the utter disgust before I hop in my BMW to visit my real estate holdings in neighborhoods I enjoy complaining about
@DarrenBaileyIL It makes sense the people that support you are traumatized by having to drive the speed limit for one block where cameras exist. Oh, the humanity!
@LilyBeansDad@publicpolicyman But come on! Guys from Wilmette coming to buy more property in Chicago might have to drive the speed limit as they fume about how awful the city is!
@RaymondALopez How about quality grocery stores on the west side before we dump millions into gunshot detection microphones? Would save many more lives
@AJManaseer@PeterMoskos I lived in Ukrainian Village next to an elote vendor decades ago (when elote vendors could afford to live there). Every evening, he’d wheel his cart to the backyard where feral cats would lick the condiment bottles and every inch of the food prep area clean with their tongues
@AJManaseer@LilyBeansDad The bike lane “caused too many accidents.” If you get in a car crash driving 20 mph in a straight line in that stretch of Augusta, you should be sent back to drivers ed. In fact, you should have your license revoked.
@AJManaseer Every 2 days or so there’s an auto crash death in Chicago. So yeah, we should definitely rip out the bike lanes here in Chicago because two guys collided ouncene time on a bike lanes in New York City!
@liamstantonchi I look forward to your support of taxpayer funding to incentivize grocery stores on the west side, which will have an even greater effect on lives than multimillion dollar gunshot mics
@LangmanVince Truth. You should with 100% certainty avoid Chicago at all costs because someone posted a video of a teen gathering that happened one day two years ago on one stretch of beach!!!! Don’t ever risk encountering African American youngsters having a get together. How could u survive?
@susanamendoza10 Assuming you have been very vocal about funding to incentivize grocery stores on the west side, so people can, you know, eat. People like you bend over backwards to spend millions on gunshot mics, but balk at funding so people have access to basic nutrition
@HateKillEIon@karn1x@BlockClubCHI Come on dude. Those plastic pylons cost 7.3 billion dollars each. Total bankruptcy because the elite 1% demand cyclist protection
@RaymondALopez It’s cute that you think Chicago does anything with air pollution data. Chicago won’t even bother to shut down illegal chop shops dumping oil gas and antifreeze into the sewers for decades. Chicago politicians don’t give a hoot. If only we had an elected body that did ANYTHING
@AJManaseer@beemanchicago Whatever the denominator, I see value in separate lanes for the millions and millions of people that use them, and for the safety of drivers like me. But I get it’s a big passion of yours to see them cease.
@publicpolicyman You couldn’t get past that truck with that much road space? He’s parked in the bike lane like usual. You’d rather they block the car traffic lane?
@RaymondALopez Come on, your team is doing a bang up job! Today, you all agreed to let the citizens of Chicago plant flowers in the parkway! As long as they submit a detailed application, photographs, plans, 3 year maintenance schedule, lists of flower genus and species, etc etc.
