Yesterday I toured New Horizon Academy in Rogers w/ Clare Sanford, Govt. Relations Chair for MN Child Care Assoc. & Center Director Jessica Spalding Amundson. We discussed what a quality early care & education center looks like & why it is such an expensive service to provide.
