@RantyHighwayman No: I wanted everyone to see for themselves, not get my view. The fact that since 2006, speed limits have no longer been set based on the 85th percentile speed, means that for many drivers, speed limits are set too low for the road design and layout; ideology is king, not safety.

The Highway Code isn’t law and a rule that includes “should” or “shouldn’t” signifies something: what do think that might be?

@busguymatt @bananatransit @HarryHamishGray I did once look at bus times for my commute and at the time, the bus home would arrive back in my local town after the bus to work left: to be on time, I would need to catch the bus in the day before.
