Having worked as a RM at a fast food restaurant, I know for sure that what your drivers and staff are doing is completely against your procedures

Your driver got here at 20:40 to deliver food that was ordered at 17:00 scheduled for 19:30

This is not the first time I complain about the same thing so am guessing it's a habbit known

I'm not so happy about your dobsonville branch. Second time now I've ordered via app and had issues with the delivery. 1st time the driver stood 3 streets away from location and I had to walk all the way. Yesterday it was marked as received while I did not get it

@DebonairsPizza called the actual dobsonville store and still no one picked up. This is shit really. Couldn't even track the order. Ordered at 7pm, was marked received at 8pm, then someone called at 10pm telling me "come take ur pizza" after 3 hours of waiting
Fix ur shit guys
