@VerizonSupport Already tried that,but I was told I need to purchase a separate Verizon line outside of Gizmo which I don’t need. It seems like the app isn’t communicating properly with non-Verizon parent accounts. I should be able to use the app with just an email login like I can w/ Gizmo Hub.

@Verizon Do better. You’re forcing Gizmo Watch users to migrate to a new app, but if you don’t have a primary Verizon phone line, you can’t even sign in to complete the switch. Please fix this before you lose countless Gizmo customers who rely on your watches!

Very disappointed with @warstic .They have great products, but very poor customer service. Our team partnered with them, yet we’re still missing items. My son’s custom bat arrived after 40 days & it was wrong! No phone support & can’t get it resolved. You’ve got to do better!

@Apple your IOS 17 update that changed default sound to rebound is terrible. I don’t hear the baby monitor go off anymore because you won’t let me change it back to Tri-tone. Another useless change that nobody likes.

@amazon Your team is not listening! I told your reps over and over my address you have in the system is correct but the location pin for that address is wrong so things still keep going to the wrong place- almost 2 years countless deliveries countless customer service calls and chats!

@amazon you need to do better! For over a year, our packages keep getting sent to the wrong address.Despite calling for help, nothing changes. One time, the recipient at the wrong address even confronted the driver, & ultimately blamed dispatch.The package was still left wrongly.
