@AdamParx @CBSNewsColorado There are actually a line of single family homes along Sheridan. But they are owned by Lakeside amusement park/Rhoda Krasner- the owner. She then rents them at favorable rates to town officials and members of town council. If an election has 2 candidates, those people vote.
