Sharing the annual Comp Report we've been working on w/ >40k surveys. My favorite figures include pg 5 showing salary adjusted by COL and pg 14 showing impact of COVID on physician retirement w/ claims data. Lots to unpack!

Our 2021 Compensation Report found while compensation for physicians has increased overall, the gender pay gap has also increased. This year, men earned an average of $435,315 while women earned
an average $312,571.

@DrJohnBarbieri @RoxanaDaneshjou @GinaAlvaJones The USNWR rankings don’t incorporate match rate. However, when I was interviewing, all med schools advertised their match rate so it would suggest a vested interest in keeping it high
