@PassportIRL I applied over 6 weeks ago for a son’s passport renewal. I’m now 2 weeks beyond the estimated date and it hasn’t moved for 5 weeks. I’ve contacted the chatbot twice and they say it’s moving. I’m getting worried with travel in 2 weeks. How can I unstick it?

51st snd Green lounge closed with no notification from @AerLingus. Waste 2.5 hrs sitting at gate after US CBP. Could have gone to the T2 lounge if you had notified customers. Fuming!

@DublinAirport why have you removed the water dispenser taps from 51st and Green and moved to plastic bottles. Inconvenient and not very eco-friendly. Loosing the barista coffee is also a big backward step.

@MyWasteIreland It’s really slow versus the mandatory requirement to have a brown bin from the start of this year. I’m not sure there is significant motivation for the waste companies or regulation.
