It is possible that @CalebChamberla6 started buying enough material from this vendor that the vendors other clients stopped getting the service they needed and revenue dropped because he’s likely getting volume pricing. In an ideal world a meeting would have been had and both parties could mutually benefit. This sounds like someone made a decision from spreadsheet calculations not relationships. Business needs both…..
