@Lowes I want to thank you for interceding on my behalf to resolve this issue. I received a call from the delivery manager at Lowe's this morning who assured me I'd receive the dishwater today. It's just arrived and will hopefully be installed this weekend. Thank you very, very much.

@LowesCares @Lowes Promised delivery of dishwasher ordered 2/25 on 3/10, no delivery, called customer care says will arrive 3/11, no delivery but status changed to "delivered" anyway. Escalated with customer care and promised delivery 3/12. No delivery. No answer on phone.

Customer care says sorry can't get through to store or 3rd party delivery, gives me numbers. On hold at store forever and delivery company picks up and disconnects. Please give me a corporate complaint contact.

@UPSHelp Just curious why the Track My Delivery showed UPS truck with my package at a stop 2 blocks away , yet it's now 3/4 mile away making other stops while my package is still aboard. Doesn't make any sense logistically.
