@Rubberbandits Like any tool, how it's used will determine its if it ethical. This technology could have multiple therapeutic applications, such as treating ADHD, OCD or even addiction cycles. But like others have said, it's on us to ensure its to ensure worker and privacy rights are secure.
Every individual team member must be imbued with the idea that success will depend upon their initiative and action. Every person must know that theirs is the most important role on the team and everyone will rely on them, because at some point, in some situation, they will be.

You can not make fruits. You can only care for the roots and the trees.

How do you Deal with complainers? Put them in charge of making things better.

Do more things that make you feel like you. Rather than feeling like you need to speed up or slow down or do less or more. Other people will tell you to slow down.
