Agent already confirmed on phone that I met the promotion rules. Today 12/2/25 I call in asking “where is my rebate? Why is my submission still pending?” Agent tells me I have to wait 8 weeks after validation to get my gift card. 😆 WOW! What great service !!!

@AirbnbHelp Host stated their home was clean, and although there is evidence of caked on dust, and an expired fire alarm, and he stated he would give me a full refund, that never ended up happening. The Host lied to me and screwed me out of money, and Airbnb backed them up. Why??
