@LBGplc Extremely disappointed that a large cheque in Euros (that came from Ireland) and was deposited by myself in-branch seems to have vanished without trace. Impossible to get to speak to anyone. Never had probs with Lloyds before. Thinking of switching.

Avoid #AncestryDNA! I ordered my kit 3 weeks ago and even paid extra to have shipped quickly. Nothing! No response to my emails either. Very disappointed and £68 down the drain.
