Ok let's summarize why Europe would win without relying the "dumb Africans" argument.(because people love to forget Northern Africa exists)

6. Yes Europe is ready to reverse engineer every modern weapon and tool. Even computers. Even if they aren't able to make new computers in the time frame the ones they will find along with any programming book in any African library will be enough
7. Eventually even Egypt will be surrounded, Europe is willing to poison even river Nile to get what it wants
