Since I wrote this in yesterday’s Mail the ongoing shambles of Trump’s War gets worse:

Even as America’s Gulf allies come under fresh attack, US doesn’t think Iran has breached the ceasefire.
Rubio claims Operation Epic Fury ‘is over’!
Iran creates ‘Persian Gulf Strait Authority’ to formalise its grip on the Strait of Hormuz.
It all underlines my oft-stated belief that Trump is desperate to declare victory and go home, even if Iran remains in control of the Strait — he just hasn’t quite worked out how.
