We bought @KobaltTools trimmer from @Lowes that is having a warranty issue. Kobalt no longer makes the part and said Lowes will exchange it. They gave us a reference number. Lowes says no. We have spend 7 hours on hold between these two companies. PLEASE HELP! #CustomerExperience
