Junior hockey bombshell: appears the CHL will allow 16 year olds to be drafted in the first round of the European draft.

As recently as 2 years ago, if a team was full of imports, they had to skip in the first round of the draft. Now, if a team knows they are getting their guys back, they are able to leverage that pick to be able to set themselves up better for the future when those players leave.
