そんなこと言ったらAIは現法で取り扱いが対応しきれていない分更にアウト(司法の許可が取れていない)な表現方法であるのであなたの司法が許可してるからOK論はそもそも成り立ちません。

むしろ今のトリプルAゲームの最適化全無視グラフィックはそれもそれでダメだと思います。
