@scotrail why is there no ticket acceptance between Garrowhill/Queen Street? Couldn’t use my weekly last night or this morning and now having to pay for the bus. Surely you won’t attempt to put up the prices come January?

@ScotRail So what were the options wait for the train like last night where the 5.39 went from delayed to due at 5.52 to then only going to Shettleston to then once everyone had boarded only going to high street. Are you going to refund this ticket then from today?

@ScotRail Yes but that ones delayed as well. Why not have the Edinburgh express stop at the missed stations? It’s everyday committing now something goes wrong. Don’t usually complain buts it’s just constant horrific service. @MathesonMichael
