" of course you don't... let me guess, you want to wander off all by yourself?"

‘ I do not need you to protect me ‘

@Brightxflame

[𝑨𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒐𝒏 ᵗʰᵉ 𝕯𝖗𝖆𝖌𝖔𝖓 @Brightxflame]

@VELARY0NPRNCESS A groan left his lips as he turned his head to look at the woman. His whole body was hurting, his lungs burning and it felt like his leg got torn apart

" are you here to mock me as well?"

[𝑨𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒐𝒏 ᵗʰᵉ 𝕯𝖗𝖆𝖌𝖔𝖓 @Brightxflame]

. . . please take care of him

[𝑨𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒐𝒏 ᵗʰᵉ 𝕯𝖗𝖆𝖌𝖔𝖓 @Brightxflame]

@EvenYoungerT Aerion watched Matarys leave but he knew that was probably not the last time they will bump into each other... considering that they will travel to Ashford pretty soon...

"as if I am taking advice from you..."

He muttered and threw the trainings sword into the mud

[𝑨𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒐𝒏 ᵗʰᵉ 𝕯𝖗𝖆𝖌𝖔𝖓 @Brightxflame]

@AstuteFalcon He called it "important representation of the realm". Must have been his uncles idea... and now he had vanished behind closed doors with the Lord Donnel Arryn while he had to find another way to entertain himself.

[𝑨𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒐𝒏 ᵗʰᵉ 𝕯𝖗𝖆𝖌𝖔𝖓 @Brightxflame]

@AstuteFalcon "Of course it is not common for a Targaryen to visit the Vale. My uncle on the other hand, must have grown pretty fond of you and your mountains."

Aerion let out an inpatient sigh whilst looking around. His father had dragged him all the way to the Vale and for what?

@EvenYoungerT but Matarys last comment made the young male frown before he let out an amused laughter and turned away from the prince.

"You should not underestimate me, sweet Matarys."

[𝑨𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒐𝒏 ᵗʰᵉ 𝕯𝖗𝖆𝖌𝖔𝖓 @Brightxflame]

@EvenYoungerT " and the only reason the Targaryens sit on the iron throne is because Aegon the conquerer took it with fire and blood and not kindness and marriage."
His voice had that usual aggression in it, that even some knights around them had turned their heads to see what was going on.

@EvenYoungerT " who said they would not challenge me at all? It must be a great feeling to be allowed to fight a targaryen, an honour. But sooner or later, they will find out the dragon ought never lose."

Aerion showed Matarys an amused grin before he lowered the sword again.

[𝑨𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒐𝒏 ᵗʰᵉ 𝕯𝖗𝖆𝖌𝖔𝖓 @Brightxflame]

@EvenYoungerT Aerion rolled his eyes and before he lifted his sword up and let it glide through the air.
" I am not afraid of Lord Baratheon or any other knight."
A grin formed on the males lips as he pointed the tip of his blade right at his cousin

"They must be afraid to face me."

" it looks like a dress a peasant would wear , not a princess..."

he watched her struggle until he finally showed her some mercy and got back onto his feet.
