Thank you @QUT @QUTSciEng for 5 great years and providing me with the environment to successfully learn and grow into the professional I'm today! I loved every minute of it. Proud I was part of it all. Now it's time to start a new chapter as a Data Scientist in Sydney. ππ»πΎπβοΈ
Thank you @Ni_am_Syed for inviting me to give a guest lecture in queueing systems, Business Process Improvement, IAB_320. I really enjoyed it and had the feeling that the maths I explained was well received and is not too intimidating anymore.π Photo:@FahameEmam

I failed in English and Maths in high school in Germany. Fell in love with a Maths teacher a bit later, have a PhD in Statistics now and somehow managed to do the whole thesis in English! Miracles happen - never give up! And yes, I'm still struggling with English sometimes!!! π
Exciting news as the date has finally been released for the next #Brisbane#Georabble - 27th November at the awesome @CharmingSquire We are now looking for speakers and sponsors, get in touch if you are keen

@lisaharveysmith Oooh, this is nice. Now I'm homesick. There is one more thing I would like to recommend. Sacher Torte (Sacher cake). It's a chocolate cake with a thin layer of apricot jam. Absolutely love it! AND, Linzer Torte (Linzer cake). Taste: "gingerbread spices" and raspberry jam! ππ₯§
