Thinking first of the people on the bridge. But the mind wanders to a port city strangling. All the people who rely on ships in and out. The auto-ship imports, Domino Sugar, coal exports, dockwork, whatever container traffic we didn't lose to Norfolk. Industries. Jobs. Families.
118 people will die on our roads today. Where is the outrage?
I’ve seen a lot of sensationalism around aviation lately. The fact is our aviation system is the safest in the world and all of us - investigators, regulators, airlines, employees, and manufacturers - are working to make sure it stays that way. I will say it again, the riskiest part your travel day is driving.
That does not mean we don’t have more to do to ensure safety in our skies. Our work is never done. But imagine what could happen if we were just as focused on eliminating death on our roads: we could achieve zero…together.

I'm not pretending to have all the answers, but I'm disappointed by the NHL's decision here. Feels like a step backwards. I get that there's some owners that maybe will never be swayed. But further dialogue and education should be the focus. Not giving it to the dissenting voices
Minneapolis grows on me by leaps and bounds every time I visit. Very much enjoy my visits here now. Lovely city. But MSP Terminal 1 continues to be the hottest building in the history of the world
