Its been more than one month your AI blocked a site, your team have not provided any response or help per se. claiming site is dangerous, can you please explain the danger? We are losing reputation.

There should have been assistance, explanation so that if there is something wrong business has opportunity to correct rather than just block it and don't engage/respond.

If there is a security issue, that needs to be explained and customer should be helped. You have got no right to call some business site dangerous and not provide reason or engage in coversation.
