The mere fact that someone is a woman does not automatically mean she deserves the same salary as every man in the organisation. Equality does not mean identical outcomes regardless of circumstances. It means people should not be disadvantaged simply because of their sex.
If you genuinely believe women are equal to men in dignity, intelligence, agency and capacity to make decisions, then treat them like adults.

Evidence should matter more than gender.
