I’ve been loyal to @SouthwestAir for years, but today my faith in their humanity wavered. After checking in to a HTX-bound flight, I found out my father is in ICU and intubated. $400 fee to change to their DFW-bound flight despite the fact that it wasn’t near capacity. Not cool.
