Still no internet in Broadacres since this morning. Technicians supposedly working on it but can’t give updates. Some of us rely on internet for working and streaming, particularly the rugby tonight. Can’t see that happening.
@Metro_Fibre How do I speak to a supervisor? Support keeps telling me my ticket number is being investigated and when I ask to speak to a supervisor I get cut off. I’ve tried FB with no success. Please can a human being call me. Ticket no. 296294
@NicoleW53833730@Metro_Fibre Security says that the Metrofibre guys came into the estate at 7pm but have since left to ‘investigate the tower’! Ours still isn’t working.
