@BiltRewards I signed up for the Palladium specifically because my contract guarantees immediate card use upon acceptance. You issues the card to my Apple wallet yet now say it’s under a “security lock” for a time sensitive purchase. Please
fix this breach of contract ASAP

Disappointed with @Hertz today. Paid a premium rate months in advance for a Tesla only to arrive and be told they don’t have it. As a President’s Circle Member, I could’ve booked at a fraction of the cost instead. A free tank of gas doesn’t cut it. Conf #: 115568250. Pls fix.
