@JPWard Cooks really well, have the coals separated with a tray of water then put a pork belly in for about 4 hours with vents half closed. Perfect.

Just been to @Tesco in Brooklands, Weybridge. Total chaos, seemingly no control on numbers in store, no-one following the one way system, and no enforcement of social distancing from staff. Full of families and couples too. I won’t be going back #COVIDー19
