On February 6, 2023, at 4:17 AM, two massive earthquakes struck southern Turkey.

They destroyed entire cities, affected 11 provinces, and took the lives of tens of thousands of people while millions were left homeless.

This night is remembered as Turkey’s longest night.
Calendar pages were torn away, cities fell silent, and countless lives were left unfinished.

This post is not a reminder.
It is a record.
So it is never forgotten.

We remember those we lost with mercy,
and honor those who remain with patience and strength.
