@Mzansiawake Funny thing, SA companies in Nigeria is only to make the balancesheet of those group of companies look great. SA companies struggle to get there money out of Nigeria, let her say how many of those companies have successfully been able to pay their debt to their SA parents. None.
@pookiepolls This thing of paying tribal kings with tax payer money need to change. This is not my tribe and he is not my king, why is my taxes being used to fund his lifestyle?
@Rolandschoeman Let me play devil's advocate here. You got an education better than most blacks under the apartheid regime. That set the foundation for everything you achieved going forward. That is what it means by being a beneficiary of apartheid. You did not start on equal footing with blacks
@Rolandschoeman I am not a fan of let's say people of colour always blaming apartheid. Though I think whites need to acknowledge that 30 years of the so called equal opportunities does not make up for the generational advantage whites have aggregated during apartheid...
@LieslGottert123 Take land? Kill farmers? This is what happens when you listen to just one side (a delusional side at it who is fabricating info). Wanna talk about unjust laws? See what happend in apartheid. Whites were the ones taking land without compensation. Know your facts.
@Petar_DRC@Dijosti While I understand John concern I agree with Petar. Effective tax rate and the quoted tax rate are two different things. If you pay 40% while in that bracket you need to take it up with your payroll team cause who can wait till July to get that difference back every year.
@News24@City_Press Everyone should stop trying to have SA kiss the ring. This is an opportunity to look for internal solutions. SA have a lot of bright young minds, an experienced older generations (who have had both success and failures which could be learned from) and a lot of resources.
@LorraineS81 @GovernmentZA@Starlink You claim to advocate for rural communities yet you fail to notice that the cost of starlink is beyond their means.
You're just championing for your golden boy of apartheid to make a few more bucks and further strengthening his racist influence, be honest about it.
@whereshammy87@krassenstein What total and utter bs. This coming from people who think Africa is a country. Listen I live in South Africa and as much as I am not in agreement with how the government operates I can tell you with out a doubt your being misled.
@karynmaughan Kennedy mentioned when they were signing some stupid executive order that the produce they grow is not of quality. So guess what, they create this fake issue in SA to lure farmers with expertise to come do what they can't.
@karynmaughan It's simple, they wanna impose tariffs on other countries who they import from but are aware of retaliatory tariffs. So they need farmers with expertise to grow their own produce to offset that the possible negative impact.
