Normalize teaching about mental illness in school so kids can identify when they start to experience symptoms & seek treatment free of any stigma.

Destigmatize all mental illness. #BPD is very commonly misdiagnosed. It has many overlapping symptoms with other mental illnesses. I'm self diagnosed cuz I can't get in to a Dr for a new diagnosis. I would bet a lot of the country struggles with this without even knowing it.

@mandajayem Only reason I don't specifically talk about BPD is I'm self diagnosed. I was trying to get a new diagnosis when I was in Canada but they have terrible mental health services, so many hoops, & such a long wait. I got fired & had to leave the country before I could get in.
