BROKTRA build update 🛠️

In our isolated test environment, the full flow now works from the website: Agent activation → four-round paper epochs → reward allocation → user-authorized claims into Agent wallets.

Restart and retry tests also passed without duplicate payouts.

We’re now refining the Swarm and Rewards dashboards and closing the remaining production dependencies.

The plan is clear: finish and test the product before launching the new $BTRA.
