A settler abuses a tied dog, and repeatedly hits it on the head in the yard of a Palestinian house. At the same time, his friends grazed sheep between the houses and terrorized the residents who were hiding in them.

An outpost was established in Area B on the lands of the village of Atara last summer. The residents of the houses adjacent to the outpost were first expelled by military order (which expired) and for months since then have been afraid to return to their homes while the outpost remains in the area. Their fear is clear.
