Free Weekly 5km Timed event every Saturday morning, 9.00 am Norman Park. Walk, jog, run or volunteer.

tinned cold meats, drinking squash, sugar, long-life desserts, adult toothbrushes, childrens' toothbrushes, bleach, washing detergent/pods. #loveparkrun
