The latest Knitting Magazine has a supplement about knitting lace for the first time. It includes my Kiki pattern for a long crescent shawlette.
It's knitted in Uschitita Merino Sock and is ideal for that lovely skein (or seven) of 4ply you bought because it was beautiful.

I have several, yes several, patterns coming out in my two favourite magazines this week. First up is Achillea in @TheKnitterMag
It's knitted Vivacious Botanical, a new plant-dyed version of this lovely merino 4-ply from @fyberspates .

More fun with construction. The Viola shrug starts at the centre of the lace panel & work outwards, then there's modular construction for the back and the fronts before working the sleeves in the round.

Meet Marianne - a flowing cardigan with no seams. Starting at the centre back you work outwards to create the fronts and sleeves and then pick up stitches to work the lower body. It is knitted in @stylecraftyarn Recreate DK, & the pattern is in @KnittingMag issue 261 out today.

A spot of spring inspiration today with my 3rd (are you keeping count) magazine pattern.
The Posy tee is all about vintage inspiration & is knitted in Eden Cottage Yarns Milburn 4ply. A good choice to try out a little lace in a garment.

Another day, another new pattern in a magazine on the shelves right now. TThe Gordale mitts feature a colourwork cable up the back of the hands.
I used baa ram ewe Pip Colourwork yarn - it comes in 36 fabulous shades including neons.

Lillian in @KnittingMag 259 is a classic twin set with lace and a sleeveless top.
It's knitted in John Arbon Knit by Numbers so you have an amazing choice of shades - why not make it in two related tones like a dark and a light

There's a new issue of @knittingmagazine out for the new year and the designers are having fun with graphic patterns and crazy colours.
I'm no exception. These are my Harlequin socks in neon shades of Socks Yeah from @coopknits They have colourwork legs & heels with plain feet
