Nobody understands how much a guy like Caleb loves the game, his team and the city that calls him theirs. When you go down and you know you’re INJURED there is a certain intensity of emotion that hits you. All of your immediate goals and plans are derailed: that causes emotion.
QB Caleb Williams made it clear that his priority is to make sure his future extension doesn’t stop the Bears from building a championship level roster 👀:
“Money’s not a motivating factor for me….If I wanted to be done today, I’d be fine…That’s not my motivation. Winning, winning, winning handles everything...so that’s where my mind’s at.”
“The most important thing is being able to make sure when I do get my contract that we can keep winning, that we can keep progressing as a team. That’s my biggest goal….Yes, it’s going to help me, but how can it keep us steady and be able to keep winning games, because that’s most important to me.”

“It’s a nod to history.”
“The patch is from 1983.”
“George went to Illini, the bears are their colors because of Illini.”
All proving my point. George is forever living in the past. We have something brand new and the whole base can feel it. This was the perfect opportunity to celebrate that with something finally different.
I love our history. But can we just stop living there at every chance we get?
It's weird seeing so many #Ravens fans fired up after they hired offensive coordinator Declan Doyle away from the #Bears.
Their passion for a new O.C. isn't the weird part; the weird part is their excitement about getting someone from Chicago to turn their offense around.
Packers fans for 15 years: "This isn't even a rivalry because how terrible the Bears have been."
Packers fans the last 4 weeks: "This rivalry hurts my feelings."
