@SouthwestAir what would have happened if my daughter ran all the way to the plane? What if sh would have fallen through the gap between the hallway and the plan? Clearly you care more about luggage and your employees being on their high horse than the safety of the passengers

@SouthwestAir required me to remove my 2 year old from her stroller after I told him the stroller fit in the overhead. She took off down the hallway and toward the plan. The ticket agent didn’t care... he told me to “prove it” (the stroller)

So some of you have seen my posts about @SouthwestAir and my most recent travel experience. For those of you who didn’t...in a nutshell. @SouthwestAir put my daughters safety in jeopardy by requiring my to take my 2 year old out of the stroller to “prove” that it fit overhead....
