@Delta Meanwhile, the agent at BWI is still on hold waiting for ticketing to assign us tickets for our new flight. This is unacceptable. There must be a better system for a brand that is supposedly committed to making flying better.

@Delta I rebooked my flight with an agent only to get to the airport today and find out that there is no ticket associated with our seat numbers.

@Delta there were no other flights left for tonight. So now we have to wait over 24 hours later to try again tomorrow.
