When responding to trolls, remember that your response is largely for the benefit of the community. Show your followers that you are listening to their frustrations and care about their needs, but that you’re confident and aren’t easily ruffled. #j349

Don’t mix internet trolls up with angry customers. There is a difference. A troll deliberately tries to stir up controversy and contention for little to no reason. An angry customer has a legitimate reason for their frustration. #j349
