@mrbeeteach I honestly can’t remember that far back! But started in year 2 then year 1 then year 3 then back to year 1 then year 3 . Then it’s been yr3 , took 6 months out , year 4 deputy head, year 5 , year 6 ,year 5 , acting head, back to deputy, year 3 ,year 5 dropped deputy,part time!

@bphillipsonMP interesting comments regarding ‘phonics for maths’ I presume you are aware of the NCETM mastering number programme- free for schools and already doing this. Also to consider a consistent way of teaching maths at primary and training new teachers.
