@ScottChoppin I think it’s market dependent. Here in Kansas City, comparing now to ‘08 doesn’t make sense. CBRE’s notable trades here in KC for Q1: 4.76%, 4.5%, 5.30%, 5.35%. I see 1960’s properties going for 5 caps in good submarkets. I don’t see parallel to ‘08 with that cap rate compression
