@chrisromerlee @duncaninho1 @themightysquint I would agree with the marbling technique but the gold lettering would have been put down first. Possibly sandblasted lettering at a slight depth and gilded. Maybe with a mixed oil/water technique to create the crinkly gold technique. There are companies that still do this.
