A customer called us to investigate why the cold water was hot. It turns out that no access was installed when the walls were partitioned and the toilet installed. To keep repairs down to a minimum for the customer we cut the smallest hole possible, Good Job James is Super slim.

Well what can I say.... I think that's his happy face. You can clearly see that Gunner is really happy to celebrate his 1st birthday this month. Gunner is James's dog who has taken on the role of the new Brooktech Dog.

Regular servicing is key to keeping your heating system in good condition, Here we have Dan our apprentice servicing a customers combi boiler. He has just about completed his training so you will see him out and about on his own very soon. Good work Dan.!

Being a commercial heating company we cover all kinds of boilers. We have recently been asked to carry out work on these three small steam boilers. We can even carry out the boiler strip down ready for insurance inspections as well as servicing and repairs.

Our resident plumber James Curran has wanted to gain new skills and qualifications so we recently sent him back to college, he passed his commercial gas training and will be out on the road when we receive his certificates through from Gas safe Congratulations James

We recently attended a job with a very large water tank that had no overflow fitted. If the Ball valve failed it would flood the plant room. A new overflow fitted by Jamie, all supported and fitted straight to drain.

A customer of ours called to say their water consumption had increased dramatically we knew straight away they had a leak. Finding it was the issue. After hours of searching the site it was located. Under 6" of concrete. A leaking 4" steel pipe, We cut out and repaired. Job done.

Our chief Welder Chris from Grays Site Services doesn't just work on Gas pipes and tanks. Here he is helping weld up a custom exhaust on Stuarts Old project motorbike. Well we do need to have other things in life than work.

A customer called us with a report of a gas leak. We spent a few hours trying to access this one. It shows how important it is to sleeve gas pipes through walls. The concrete had badly corroded this pipe. A new pipe installed and correctly sleeved. One happy customer.

All this rain reminded me of a job from a few years ago. A customer called to say they had water in their boiler and its not working. Surely it can not be that bad. Turns out the drains had blocked. After clearing them and checking over the boiler. Four years on it still works.

We have been busy of late helping to get several gyms back up and running...! Carrying out a repair on a split heat exchanger on the swimming pool AHU. A new one is on order but due to being made to size it takes a few weeks.
