Since I am currently in a fully virtual space, many of my strategies while teaching are restricted to technology. I have been able to use a variety of different resources and create my own, but I still try to implement the class discussions and monitoring like in-person.

In the virtual academy I have had a great opportunity to use different onine resources (quizizz, flocabulary, etc) to teach and assess my students learning. However, I have also had the opportunity to create my own tasks where students can extend their learning.

Curriculum development should revolve around the everchanging world that our students live in. As educators we are expected to teach and prepare our students for the real world, and the best way to do that is to have a curriculum that reflects the world around us.
Here are some of the amazing people who came out to our interest meeting last night. It was wonderful to see everyone and continue to expand our community! If you couldn't attend, don't worry--you can still join this semester.
