@HPSupport Instant Ink Scam! Just been told that the monthly payment isn't for the ink. It's for the subscription. So I asked what's included in the subscription- the ink apparently 🙄 Was also told it's for free support - not free when its over&above the cost of ink from a shop!

@Ryanair why is your customer service so bad? I'm having issues with my wallet since yesterday. One agent made a suggestion then cut me off before I'd finished doing it. Another has said try again in an hour and then cut me off when I asked more questions. What am I meant to do?!
