@Uber The only reason I didnt miss my flight was Lyft got there so quickly. I used to use Uber exclusively - no more. Judging by the replies I'm not the only one stranded by @Uber Reserved rides. Why use it if they aren't going to be there on time & charge the stranded rider a fee?!

@Uber I reserved @Uber to the airport. At 7 am the driver was not there, & wasnt on the map. I messaged & called him -no reply. Later the trip status showed the arrival 40 min past the pickup time! I had to book a Lyft - there in 4 min. Worse you charged ME a cancelation fee! #Shame
