@Bigvadrouiller1 I don't like the background, Mont Saint-Michel should look more like the following ilustration from the Duke of Berry's Book of Hours, early 15th century. The background abbey and town look more like how they looked in the 11th and 12th centuries. I know I am being pedantic, idc.

@Sangeli7 @nonregemesse The abbey and town both fell into serious disrepair after the French Revolution. After being used as a prison and desecrated, efforts were made to restore it. This is what Mont Saint-Michel looked in early 15th century according to Duke of Berry's Book of Hours.
