Emails, call centres in Cape Town, pointless visits by engineers who can’t do anything, chat bots & threatening letters, BUT you’ve got my 76 year old mum trapped.

How do I get a meaningful response?

@scottishgas Can’t handle another virtual exchange. Need a real human to sort the problem. It’s ridiculous. If my mum or I got paid the hourly rate of an engineer for the time this has taken we’d be rich.
