Understand that a date to look towards is important and remember that an "improved" offer that might be acceptable to someone with an honorarium who hasn't been punched in the face for a while might not be acceptable to everyone else.

I'd never expect a response from him but the scattergun approach of unofficial accounts giving out vital updates belittles the SPF as a whole and something the leadership should see as an indication that they themselves should do better.
